Usage tips

• First create entries in Overview for each of your classes and extracurriculars. The database has a "Class" template that you can use to make each class page show you the due dates related to that class, notes for that class with the spaced repetition feature, and resources for that class in the resources database.

• When I start the semester, I put all the due dates and readings on my syllabi into the Next Steps database, that way they show up in my calendar. I also write which class they belong to. To add due dates for a class without having to choose the relation each time, you can add them through the class page on the Overview database, since they're automatically filtered.

• Notes database with spaced repetition feature
• Display column will show 🟩 for each completed repetition and squares of increasingly red colors for repetitions that are due soon. Their meanings are: 🟪 = Not due for a while 🟨 = Due next week 🟧 = Due tomorrow 🟥 = Overdue 🟩 = Done

• Display amount of overdue readings/homework on class dashboard as 📝(x{num})

• Display amount of overdue spaced repetitions on class dashboard as 🧠(x{num})
