Here is code you can copy paste for small and normal text size. You should put your text where it says ``small font'' on the first one and ``normal font'' on the second one, and if you need to make the lavender line bigger, increase the number of em inside \hspace{ }. To change the color of the line, change the word "lavender" inside \colorbox{ } to your desired color or hex code.
